Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. You own the equipment, your footage stays yours, and monitoring is kept flexible. We would rather earn the next service call than lock you into a multi-year agreement.
Can I install a home system myself?
Most of it is built for DIY. Ajax hubs, sensors, keypads, and the wireless cameras pair through the app with nothing more than a screwdriver. Wired cameras that need cable run are the exception, and a licensed technician handles those.
Do you monitor home alarms 24/7?
Yes. Intrusion, smoke, and water alarms are watched around the clock by a UL-listed central station that verifies the alarm and dispatches the right responders.
