Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of fortifisecuritysolutions.com and the content and tools on it (the "Site"), operated by Fortifi Security Solutions ("Fortifi," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Please read Section 9 (Dispute Resolution) carefully. It affects how disputes are resolved and includes a class-action and jury-trial waiver.

1. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and your own.

2. The Site and our services

Fortifi Security Solutions provides security system sales, installation, and monitoring services in the Tampa Bay area. FL Electrical Contractor · License EC13011692. The Site lets you learn about our services, build a proposed system, and request a quote or assessment. The Site itself is provided for information and lead generation.

3. Quotes, pricing, and no online payment

Prices, packages, and configurations shown on the Site are estimates for planning only and are not a binding offer, invoice, or guarantee of availability. No payment is collected through the Site to build a system or request a quote. Equipment, scope, and final pricing are confirmed in a written proposal, and any purchase, installation, or monitoring service is governed by a separate agreement you sign with us. If there is a conflict, that signed agreement controls over the Site and these Terms for that service.

4. Submissions and communications

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. When you provide your contact details and ask to be contacted, you consent to receive communications from us, including calls, texts, and emails about your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. You consent to receive records and notices from us electronically.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• submit false information, impersonate another person, or misuse the forms or contact tools;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or probe its security; or
• copy, scrape, or reuse the Site or its content except as allowed by these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, are owned by Fortifi or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission. "Fortifi" and our logo are our marks and may not be used without permission.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," for general information, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content is accurate or current.

Information on the Site is not a guarantee of any security outcome. No security system can eliminate all risk or prevent every loss; system performance depends on proper design, installation, configuration, monitoring, power and network conditions, and other factors, many outside our control. Warranties and service levels for products and services we provide are set out in the separate agreement for that work, not on the Site.

9. Dispute resolution, governing law, and venue

Informal resolution first. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first (Section 12) so we can try to resolve it. Most concerns can be resolved this way.

Governing law and venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms that is not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Class-action and jury-trial waiver. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be handled individually, and you and Fortifi waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Nothing in this section limits any right you cannot waive under applicable law, and this section does not apply to any separate signed service agreement that contains its own dispute terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortifi and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and liability for products and services we provide is governed by the separate agreement for that work.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fortifi from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another.

12. General; contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Effective" date above shows the latest version, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer. These Terms, with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
